Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance for trips or camps, and 7 days or more in advance for events, tours, and programs, will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

If you wish, you may choose to convert your registration fee into a donation to support Wing Haven’s gardens and educational programs; a tax-deductible receipt will be provided.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days. To request a refund, please contact events@winghavengardens.org or call 704.331.0664 x101.

Should Wing Haven need to cancel an event, we will notify you by email and offer the option to reschedule, receive a full refund, or donate your registration fee.

Cancellations received after the stated deadlines are non-refundable unless the space can be filled from a waitlist. If a cancellation occurs after the stated deadline but the space is filled from a waitlist, the registrant will receive a refund minus the 10% administrative fee.
