Carol Buie-Jackson, owner of Bird House on the Greenway, will share how to create a thriving bird sanctuary using low-maintenance native plants and other natural elements to provide everything our birds need to survive and thrive!

Carol is a certified Nature Nerd who serves on the Board of the National Wildlife Federation and was the first female board chair of the North Carolina Wildlife Federation.  Carol is a Corporate America dropout and one of the lucky people whose passion is what she does as a profession, as a volunteer and as a tourist.
