Explore what your intentional word will be to help frame your work and goals in 2025. 

Catherine Farley, Wellness Coach and Licensed Physical Therapist will lead you through exercises to choose a word to define your upcoming year mindfully. Participants will create a board focused around their word or vision for the upcoming year.
